Welcome to the Westchester Condo Owner's Association

The Westchester Condo Owner's Assoication is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide governance to the our community. Through community meetings and governed by a board of directors, in exchange for quarterly dues the condo owner's association provides common services to the residents in the community.

Some service that are provided by the condo owner's association:

  1. Maintenance of the grounds
  2. Maintenance on the outsides of the buildings including elevators, trash, and recycling
  3. Some common utilities such as cable and outside lighting
  4. Coordination of social events
  5. Enforcement and maintenance of commonly agreed policies
